We recommend you do send directly to your customer as they’ll receive the work faster. We send all orders in white label packaging without details of the sender on the label, and without any invoices or consignment notes. Firstly, so your customer won’t know where the work was printed, and secondly to save you paying additional postage fees or repackaging the order.
