During the Christmas period, we are always a lot busier than usual.  This can cause unexpected delays, and we can only apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this causes.  We always try to produce and ship all orders in a timely fashion and work hard to get orders delivered on time. Unfortunately, during the Christmas period, there can sometimes be unexpected delays with shipping couriers and the mail service. 

We would like to suggest that whenever possible, you order as far in advance as you can to avoid any delays. You can find all the expected delivery times for each of our products on our product pages.
