What Are Hairlines In print?
Hairlines may appear when text and lines are under 0.25pt. We recommend a minimum of 2pt
Hairlines are device dependent, which means they print differently on different printers. They may print well on a 300dpi laser printer then disappear on our 2400dpi press. We’d recommend avoiding hairline text and lines, and instead use at least 0.25pt.
