If you choose to have pre-drilled holes on your rigid board print, you must provide additional information in your artwork indicating where you want the drill holes to be located.
Make sure to add this information to your artwork before uploading it.
To indicate the drill hole placement, we require a 5mm diameter circle to be applied directly onto your design. This circle will be physically printed on your design and serves as a reference point for our operators to identify where the drilling should take place.
For optimal clarity, we recommend using 100% magenta in most cases, especially when working with a dark-coloured background. If your artwork has a similar colour tone, consider using an inverted colour that stands out.
The choice of drill hole locations is entirely up to you and depends on where you intend to place the board. You can opt for multiple holes if necessary or simply a single hole. However, we strongly advise leaving sufficient space between the drill hole and the edge of the board to prevent any damage to the board frame when hanging or drilling.
Please take note that the diameter of the drill hole must not exceed 5mm.
