If you have chosen our Just Print artwork service and your file has been rejected, you have the opportunity to upload new, correct artwork.
If you have chosen our File Check artwork service, then our automated system will detect common technical errors and you will be notified by email. You also have the opportunity to upload a new file. Please note, File Check should not be relied upon as a replacement for proofing, as it detects only technical aspects, such as low resolution images, incorrect dimensions, unembedded fonts etc.
Alternatively, you can choose to ignore the errors we have detected and proceed with the original files by following the steps detailed in the email you received.
