Raising A Claim For A Damaged Parcel

What to do if your package has arrived damaged
In order for us to process your claim, we require the following
- Photo showing the damaged packaging (or container the contents arrived in if your order has been repackaged by the carrier).
- Photo showing the damaged contents
- Photo showing the shipping label. We must be able to see the address, job reference and tracking number on this photo.
- Information regarding the number of boxes damaged/percentage or order affected
All photos must be clear. Blurry/unidentifiable photos cannot be accepted.
The issue must be raised as soon as the damaged package is received in order for us to take action.
