How can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order that you have just placed, you can do this by going into your Orders section in your My Account area, selecting "Cancel Item".
Please note that you can only cancel your order yourself within the first 15 minutes of placing it.
After this 15-minute window, cancellation becomes significantly more difficult, as your artwork may have already entered our production workflow.
We may still be able to cancel your order, provided it has not yet progressed to the production stage. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If your order can be cancelled, we will issue a refund accordingly.
Please note that once production has started, we are unable to cancel your order.
