How can I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer service team. You can reach us over live chat, over email at care@tradeprint.co.uk, or over the phone at 0330 024 0020. We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 6:30pm GMT.

We will cancel your order if it hasn't moved into production. We will also issue a refund. 

Unfortunately, if it has already started printing, we cannot cancel your order.
