How do I make changes to an existing order?
Unfortunately, the only way currently to make changes to an existing order is to contact our customer service team and request that it be cancelled and refunded. You will then need to place the order again. This applies in the following cases:
- To upload different artwork
- To make changes to the product specs
- To make changes to order quantity
