Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your delivery by following these steps:

Access Your Order: Click on the "tracking" link associated with your order. This link can be found in the dispatch email you received or by visiting your account on the Tradeprint website.

Visit the Tracking Page: Alternatively, you can go directly to the tracking section by navigating to Tradeprint Order Tracking.

Check Status: Once on the tracking page, you will be able to see the current status of your order, including whether it is still in production or has been dispatched.
Troubleshooting Tracking Issues
- If you are unable to track your order using the provided tracking number, ensure that you are using the correct number format. For DPD, tracking numbers typically start with "1550."
- If you encounter any issues or discrepancies with your tracking information, consider reaching out to customer support for assistance.
You can track your orders directly in the My Account area.
1. Log in to tradeprint.co.uk
2. Go to "Your Account" and click "Orders" from the dropdown
3. On the "Orders" page, you can search for an order by item number, customer reference number, PO number, or item name.

5. If you don't see your order, try selecting the "legacy orders" tick box. Any orders placed on our old site will appear when this is selected.
6. When you find your order, you'll see a variety of statuses. If the order is in progress, it'll be indicated here.
If the order has been dispatched, you'll see this here as well. You can also find the shipping tracking information.
