How Many Stickers Are There On A Sheet?

That depends on the design and the size of your sticker. We have two types of stickers on a sheet so the answer varies a little.

For stickers sheets containing stickers of differing sizes and designs, you can fit up to 50 stickers on each sheet.

  • The minimum size of a sticker must be 10mm and the maximum size 300mm by the width of the size of the sheet ordered.
  • Cutting shapes should be 2mm apart from each other and at least 5mm from the outer sheet edge.
  • You'll need to supply us with a vector cutting guide for each of the labels ordered. The cutting guide should have a thickness of 0.25pt set as a spot colour named “KissCutting” and set at 100% magenta. This should be set up as an overprint stroke. All the cutting shapes must be on their own layer named “KissCutting”. This layer should sit on top of the “Artwork” layer.

The video below may help with setting up your artwork.

For sets of identical custom stickers on a single sheet, there are more options as it depends on the size and shape you want.  You can get a whopping 70 if you choose a 37mm x 37mm circle sticker or just 8 large rectangles or ovals.  The below chart should help.
