Embed fonts using Word/ Publisher
- Click the Microsoft Office Button or File from the toolbar.
- Click Word options/Options.
- On the Save tab, click to select the Embed fonts in the file check box.
- Ensure the ‘Do not embed common system fonts’ box is NOT ticked If you export your artwork with this check box selected then there is a high probability that your artwork will be rejected.
