How to track your order with the Evri app.

After your order from Tradeprint is printed, we will update you with your parcel's courier and tracking details. If your carrier is Evri for your delivery, we will send you the tracking code that you can use to track your order. This can be done via the Evri website, or our preferred choice is to use the Evri App.

The Evri App allows users to have complete control over their deliveries. With real-time delivery tracking, 2-hour ETA time slots, easy diversion of your package and more.

 

Parcel Tracking.

The Evri App allows you to pinpoint your parcel and see its journey to you. The App will narrow your delivery time down to a 2-hour window on the day of delivery and you can see how many stops away your driver is.

Delivery Management.

Need to intercept your delivery and send your parcel somewhere else? You can customise your delivery, even whilst en route. You can opt to leave it at a designated safe place or with a trusted neighbour.

 

Notifications.

Receive push notifications and updates about your parcel’s delivery right to your phone. Keeping you up to date in real-time.

 

Profile features

You can create a profile with all your preferences for all your deliveries. Set up safe places, alternative delivery addresses and more.

Driver Feedback

This feature lets you give feedback about your driver. All feedback is sent back to the hub.

 

Track Via My Account 

Remember you can still keep updated with your order and your tracking information via the My Account section. Here you will be able to see the status of your order and any relevant information.
