Verify Discount Codes: If you are trying to apply a discount code and it is not working, ensure that the code is valid and applicable to your order. Some discount codes may only be valid for first-time orders or on specific products. You must be logged into you account to use any discount codes. make sure you're logged in and try again.

Payment Method Issues: If your payment method is not being accepted:
- Confirm that your payment details are entered correctly.
- If you are using a credit card, ensure that it is valid and has sufficient funds.
- Consider using an alternative payment method, such as PayPal, if available.

Artwork Submission: If you are having trouble uploading artwork:
- Ensure that the file format and size meet the specified requirements.
- If you accidentally upload the wrong file in the upload artwork area of the checkout process, you can replace it before continuing and finalising your order.
- If you send us the wrong file and have completed the checkout stage, we offer a 15 minute window to make any final amends to your uploaded artwork via "Orders" in the "My Account area". After these 15 minutes, no further changes can be made and all artwork will be processed for printing, so you should cancel the order and start again.
