Raising A Claim For A Damaged Parcel

We are really sorry to hear that the shipping has fallen short on this occasion but we can help you to make a claim.  

What to do if your package has arrived damaged

In order for us to process your claim, we require the following

  1. Photo showing the damaged packaging (or container the contents arrived in if your order has been repackaged by the carrier).
  2. Photo showing the damaged contents
  3. Photo showing the shipping label.  We must be able to see the address, job reference and tracking number on this photo.
  4. Information regarding the number of boxes damaged/percentage or order affected

All photos must be clear.  Blurry/unidentifiable photos cannot be accepted.

The issue must be raised as soon as the damaged package is received in order for us to take action.
