Once your artwork files are uploaded and payment is confirmed, you’ll have 15 minutes to make any changes to your print files.
To update your files:
- Go to My Account.
- Click on the Orders tab and select the order you’d like to update.
- Click Change Artwork Files.
From there, you can upload additional files or replace the ones you've already submitted.
After 15 minutes, your artwork will be locked in and no further changes can be made.
If the link to change your artwork is not displayed in your account area, it is not possible to change your artwork.
