My Parcel is Missing or Lost

What To Do If Your Parcel Is Lost/Missing

Please use the tracking information provided by the carrier to check on the status of your delivery.

If there have been no updates on tracking for over 24 hours and past the day it was due to be delivered, please get in touch and we will start an investigation.

If the tracking from the carrier states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, then you are required to complete a ‘Denial of Receipt’ letter, which needs to be signed and submitted back to Tradeprint for us to raise with the carrier. 

Simply print the following claim form, fill it in and send it back either by post or by copying and pasting it into a document with a digital signature and sending it to us via email. Please be sure to fill in the parcel tracking number so we can identify your parcel.

Please note, any DOR received without a signature will not be actioned.

  • I can confirm that I have checked with those within my household & neighbours who may have signed or received the goods & the parcel has not been received.
  • I have fully checked around my property and have not located the parcel
  • I will inform you immediately if it arrives.
  • I agree to co-operate with Hermes Loss Prevention &/or the Police in the event of any investigation into the missing items.
  • I confirm this declaration is true & accurate in all respects.
  • I understand by making a false statement could lead to prosecution
