We will print artwork to the size ordered, and not to the supplied artwork size. Therefore, if you order an A5 flyer and supply A4 size artwork, we will scale down the A4 artwork to A5 size for printing.
To fix this in future, please double check you order and supply the correct size artwork.
Please also do not supply your artwork with the front and back on the same page. Please have separate pages for front and back (or separate files).
