On certain products, such as Envelopes and NCR items, there are non-printable areas within the template that we cannot print on. If there are any elements within your design that cross into the non-printable zone, then these will need to be removed before printing.
When creating your design in your software, make sure that you knock out any graphics, text or background elements that creep into the non-printable zone.
When supplying your artwork that requires a non-printable area for print, always provide two files:
- Artwork without the template overlaid
- Artwork with the template overlaid.
