What are "Overs"?

In the print industry, the terms 'Overs' and 'Unders' refer to additional copies printed beyond the initially ordered quantity.

For instance, if you are planning to order 200 copies, we advise opting for a quantity of 220.

This precaution is taken because, during the print manufacturing process, there may be slight discrepancies in page count. Although we strive for precise calculations of the pages produced, minor inaccuracies can occur, resulting in either a surplus or a slight shortage of prints.

This is common in a lot of manufacturing processes, with a typical tolerance level of up to +/- 10%.

To ensure that your complete order is fulfilled without any shortfall, we highly recommend placing a slightly higher order quantity than your exact needs.
