We’re here to help you plan ahead for the festive season! Here’s everything you need to know about ordering and deliveries over Christmas and New Year.
You can place orders throughout the entire festive season, but our factory and Customer Success Team will be taking a little merry break from 2pm on Wednesday 24th December and normal service will resume on Friday 2nd January.

Deliveries
Orders will be delivered up until 24th December. To ensure you receive everything you need in time for Christmas and New Year, please place your orders as early as possible.

Our website automatically calculates the correct delivery dates for your order,so you will know when to expect delivery. Bella, our AI assistant, is also on hand to help with any questions you may have.
