Where can I get an overview of my account?

Your 'My Account' area has all your order history, invoices, credit notes and preferences for your Tradeprint account.

To get an up-to-date statement for your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Your Account:

    • Visit the Tradeprint website and navigate to the 'My Account' area.

  2. Access Your Account Overview:

    • In the 'My Account' section, you will find a full overview of your account, including your order history, invoices, and credit notes.

  3. Download Invoices and Credit Notes:

    • You can view and download invoices and credit notes directly from the relevant order or find them attached to your order confirmation emails.
