It may be that the lines you used on your artwork were too thin to print adequately.
We don’t recommend the use of hairlines in designs as these print differently across devices, for example, they can print fine on a 300dpi printer, but disappear on our 2400dpi printing presses. We’d recommend a line width of at least 0.25pt or 0.1mm for print.
