Why is my discount code not working?
Are you logged in? Codes are case-sensitive and may only work on specific products.
Help! My Discount Code Won't Work.
We do like to offer a discount code here and there and we always check these before they go live. If your discount or promo code is not working, it is likely for one of these reasons:
1. The discount code has expired.
2. The discount code you're using is only valid on certain products, which are not in your cart.
3. The discount code you're using has a minimum cart value requirement, which you have not met.
4. You aren't logged in so we can't verify if you qualify. Logging in fixes most issues.
5. Codes are case-sensitive
5. There's a glitch in the Matrix (if this is the case, we are likely already on it like sunglasses on Neo)
