How to track your order via the DPD App

Using the DPD App to track your parcel.

As soon as your item is ready to go, we will issue you the tracking details for your parcel. If your delivery is with DPD, the tracking code can be used on the DPD website for updates or used within the DPD app. The app offers you more features and a better tracking experience.

 

The DPD app allows users to manage their deliveries and track their parcels in real-time. The app offers more functionality, better support, and an overall better tracking experience.

 

Parcel Tracking.

Within the App, users can track their Tradepint parcels using the tracking information provided when their order is dispatched. This feature gives you the current status of your delivery, estimated delivery time and the driver's location.

Users have full control over their delivery, right within the DPD app. You can easily manage your delivery, reschedule or redirect your parcels to a different address or pickup point. You can also leave specific delivery instructions or notes for the driver.

 

Notifications.

Receive push notifications and updates about your parcel’s delivery right to your phone. Keeping you up to date in real-time.

 

Profile features

Create a DPD profile within the app and customise your delivery requirements so the driver knows exactly what to do. Choose to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour, select home, work, or other addresses, choose your nearest Pickup Point, and even add a photo of your property so the driver knows exactly what house yours is.
